Nick joined Imbiba in 2024 as an Investment Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A.

Prior to Imbiba, Nick was a Corporate Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, a leading US law firm, where he advised founders, management teams, and financial sponsors on complex private M&A transactions. He subsequently completed an MBA at London Business School.

Nick is actively involved across all stages of the investment lifecycle and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Abacus Ark and Nannie Annies.
