Lizzie joined Imbiba in 2018 and became Managing Partner in 2025. She has over 17 years’ experience working in M&A and private equity, successfully investing in and supporting UK high growth companies across education, lifestyle and technology sectors.

Prior to Imbiba, Lizzie was a senior member of the investment team at Foresight Group, a market leading UK lower mid-market private equity firm with £10bn of assets under management where she worked closely with Darrel to focus on the firm’s consumer coverage. She sat on the board as Non-Executive Director of a number of high-growth portfolio businesses across the education, consumer and technology sectors. Prior to Foresight, Lizzie was part of the investment team at Synova capital, an award winning mid-market private equity firm.

Lizzie started her career at Deloitte in the restructuring and M&A advisory teams, focused on mid-market transactions, and is a qualified chartered accountant.

As Managing Partner, Lizzie oversees all aspects of Imbiba’s business and is a Non-Executive on the Boards of 1Rebel, Monkey Puzzle, Clays and House of Gods.
