Ian joined Imbiba as a Partner and CFO in 2025. He has over 25 years’ operational experience in multi-site Private Equity backed companies, primarily in the leisure, hospitality and wellness sectors. Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC, following which he held senior leadership roles including Finance Director of Spirit Group, and Group CFO at Soho House. Ian also co-founded and served as CFO of tech platform Sessions, gaining hands on experience scaling fast growth founder-led businesses.

Ian oversees all financial and regulatory aspects of Imbiba’s business and is a Non-Executive on the Boards of Upham Inns.
